Amanda Foods since 1989 have been leading suppliers of seafood from Asia. Originally working with over 30 processing partners in Vietnam supplying a range of seafood products to countries around the world.

In September 2003 Amanda began production in their brand new EU approved (EU Code DL307) purpose built factory near Ho Chi Minh. With a new increased capacity over 12000 tonnes of finished products.

Built to the highest standards with full segregation of raw and cooked, the factory has the invested in ensuring all production areas are at the recommended temperature and ice is produced in each section adding to the strictest temperature controls.

The factory has achieved BRC, ACC (SEE SUSTAINABILITY PAGE) IFS, ISO 9002 and US military approval, as well as regular customer and independent audits.

High quality Nobashi and Sushi products are produced in a dedicated area, in addition to this a new automated Stein breading and frying line produces breaded and battered products, the only Full Stein frying line In Vietnam allows production of prefried products.

 
Amanda also own a shrimp processing facility. Continued investment will see this factory increasing its volume of raw and cooked products. Amanda are one the largest exporters of seafood from Vietnam with a worldwide customer base including some of the largest names in the retail and catering industry. Supplying customer own label as well as the Amanda Brand.
