Production capability
The state of the art production facility has an initial capacity of 12000 tonnes.
The highest specification freezing, chilling and air flow system was installed to ensure the raw material and finished products are handled and produced to the highest quality.
Our highly trained workforce, take the whole raw shrimp and hand prepare, ready for further production either in raw, cooked or valued added finished product. Packed into either Frozen blocks or Individually quick frozen (IQF) in raw and cooked format, shell on, tail on or fully peeled,
the product is then packed into both catering and retail packs.
