Amanda Foods Vietnam Product quality Amanda Foods continues to recognise the importance of producing and delivering Safe and Legal products. A strict anti biotic testing regime is in place, ensuring all shrimp are tested prior to harvest from their approved farm supply base. This product is tested for all banned anti biotics, using the lates UPLC testing system. The product is then tested on arrival at the factory and again before shipment. We continue our commitment to the education and development of our supplier base to ensure we have a safe and sustainable supply.		Amanda operates a full traceability system which provides our customers with confidence that we are controlling the source of our products and managing the whole supply chain to continue to supply safe products to our customers.
