Commonly known as white shrimp, also farm raised the Vannamei is farmed to a smaller size and is totally deferent in appearance and texture to the Black Tiger.

Versatile as both a cold eating and hot dish product the Vannamei continues to be an alternative to the Back Tiger.

Amanda produce raw and cooked Vannamei in their Vietnam facility and expect to increase the volumes sold in the coming years.
